Dear sir/Madam, I had two postpaid cug connection of vodafone. There was a problem with for both the bill. The bill had discrepancies. 1. Charging for games download where I never used to download anything from my mobile. I just use my mobile for calling purpose only. 2. Charging for sim change, sim which they are giving is not quality. Their sim used to refresh the mobile frequently during the call and even if we not using it I also checked their sim cards in other mobiles the same problem persists. Because of their sim card my mobile is repaired. Will they give money for the cost of repairing? 3. Vodafone sending messages like "enjoy 1 gb data free without any rental for 1 month". If we use that service they are charging in the bill. 4. Charging for international messages where I not even sent local messages which is free of cost. 5. Sending the bill continuously even after the service is disconnected. The list goes on in every months bill. Vodafone is trying to extract money from its customers by any means. I have been in contact with vodafone guys through email. But my issue has not been solved. I paid them whatever my actual usage is. Vodafone executives talked so rudely and threatening the customer.
