Bag it today false commitment fro holiday packages

I had booked two holiday packages from bagittoday.Com and proceed as mentioned in the same.. after sending DD and from to their agent affordable sales promotions pvt. Ltd. I had recd mail from affordable that my form has been accepted by them and then another mail recd is of availability on 4th june to which I had confirmed and my check in dates at goa is of 29th june but still now I have no confirmation from their side... please help us all and take necessary actions against the co.
