Tikona digital network low speed internet

I had tikona connection for 1 and half month. I have suffer low speed internet when I purchase that internet connection. I had register 6 complain for low speed internet in 1 month. But the engineer was came at my house and fix the problem, but after 1 hour the engineer was went the same problem is occurred. So can please solve my problem. I had talk to company but I havent receive a satisfied answer. I want my money back. My ID: 4865

I have just one question for "have you appoint qualified engineer who solve the problem?" just because when ever ur engineer was came he didn't know how to operate apple macbook pro. And I have spend money and your have to provide me a good service and if u don't just refund my money back. I have register 5 to 6 complaint before but that same problem is occurred.
