I have just one question for "have you appoint qualified engineer who solve the problem?" just because when ever ur engineer was came he didn't know how to operate apple macbook pro. And I have spend money and your have to provide me a good service and if u don't just refund my money back. I have register 5 to 6 complaint before but that same problem is occurred.

I am waiting for ur engineer for last 2 days but I havent receive ur respond at the moment. If cant resolve my problem then its fine take ur device and refund my money back.
