Slow Mts data card speed and there support

Hello sir, I am using mts data card from 1 year + and my mts data card speed very slow, there is issue in speed every time, I have made complaints many times but no one bothered they simply close the compain saying there is no issue. I have made complaints my times but no one resolve it. Sandip patnaik, I am using mts data card from 19th mar. I have been facing speed issue several times (only I get the good speed on demo day). When ever I called in call center, they generally ask me to remove the card, delete the temp files/Cockies, restart the machine, re-install the s/W and now they are telling that servers are upgrading and this will take time everyone is facing the same issue. Now I am moving forward to sending the written complain about the speed mts promised (3.1 mbps) but the fact that I am getting the speed 0.15 mbps to 0.61 mbps here are few results I capture through speedtest.
