Bagittoday order cancellation but not receive payment

Dear sir/Madam with reference to order no. 626, I have ordered watch but due to emergency entry in hospital of my cousin brother I have cancelled it. Cancellation no. 8379 after cancellation they send the order in my address but I can not receive the order. After this incident I have not receive the payment that I paid to him. Date of booking : 14 may 2012 date of cancel : 14 may 2012 date of payment : 14 may 2012 by credit card order no. 2626
