I am standard chart credit card holder through them I taken royal sundaram policy against number cee0039410000100. I have taken hospital cash benefit policy. When I applied for the claim for my father they rejected the claim by saying that its old disease with out any proof, my father never operated for any such kind of disease.They taken two months time to process the application & their representative also visited our home and met with my father also. If want to complaint to the customer care by call no one pick up the call to the customer care complaint department. If I want to submit complaint through website I am not able to submit.
