Sir/Madam, as I am out of station and there is no one in the billing address but I got message from neighbour there was some letter to attend lok adalat or message to pay the bill to avoid legal action. Please help. I reproduce the mail sent before to tata teleservices where they have not responded. Copy of mail sent before. I hold this tata photon + from offer made through my mobile.I purchased for rs 50/- Unlimited pack,along with trial or 4 days 100 mb free.I was not getting any internet browsing due to connection problem. I was not rectified and the representative DID not respond, I was given 4 days free and unlimited browsing. For the first month there was no speed and I was receiving only 40%. My contact to the executive who sold was not attentive and he diverted to the manager. I complained through the web site in the complaint form. I was called for attending but only delay was there. After lot of pressure from my side a service engineer attended my house and fixed a external antenna. I was getting response upto 80% speed.So I was not having internet in this period nearly a month. My plan change was given in june during the bill cycle but it was not changed and when I contacted the service centre where I had given the request at chrompet they told me in the next bill cycle it would be alright as there was delay in their side in changing the plan.T they said sorry and immediately contacted and told me to pay rs 650 the amount due and from next bill it would be in the changed plan. I was not getting the internet from 2011 and a registered a complain in the website in the complain form within a week. There is no usage from my side during this period till date and now you are remainding me to pay rs 25/- The service is poor and even DID not bother about the complaint of not getting internet. Please take immediate action to nullify the bill and to restore the services in the new changed plan as requested and then ask for the bill payment. I cannot pay for non usage and I also initially lost one month of not getting speed. Any remainder of the bill would prompt me to complain nodal officer and legal options available to meit takes lot of time and mails to make understand. In ref 2) it is mentioned that internet is disconnected. That is what I have mentioned in my mail my question is why it is disconnected from 2011 as I paid payment on 2011 for the bill in the customer care centre as they told. I DID not internet but you are submitting bils your reply warrants legal action as the service is disrupted causing mental agony and loss. Please read the last mail carefully below and take action. There is no reply or communication to me after my complaints. My mail dt 011. But it is mentioned that docket no.331697 and 6934 is closed to my satisfaction. I dont know what is happening at your office. I again give below the details, either I should be waived the bill charges which are made without providing service and restore connection at the plan change immediately or my amount of rs 1800 for the cost of the instrument to be returned. You are asked to review and may go for compensation for the loss and mental agony.
