I have made a recharge of 100.00rs through a website rechargeitnow.Com through my airtel money account (registered mobile no 585) on my mobile no 2585 on 7th june 2012 (7.28pm) but due to some unknown reasons my recharge failed but my airtel money account was debited with rs 100. Regarding this I have made a complaint to the concerned website(rechargeitnow.Com) but they are saying that my transation had failed and they DID not receive any money. Therefore I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue.I have made a numerous complaints without response from their side. Order ID - r47149507612 transaction ID - 4132 (bill junction) date of transaction - 07/06/2012 time of transaction - 07.28pm mobile no recharged - 2585 mobile operator - airtel
