Money debited from my SBI account during failed ICICI atm transaction

When I was using my sbi atm cum debit card in ICICI atm (atm ID stch 7891)machine to withdraw rs. 00/- Dated 15/06/12,the money debited from my sbi account but atm machine not paid me any money due to some problem in the atm machine. Till now no refund given to me in my account. Pls. Help me.
