LG refrigerator manufacturing defect

Actually we had a manufacturing defect in our refrigerator. And the service center persons and the mechanics said they will replace it but at the end they said we will give you cheque, instead of a refrigerator. After a long quarrel with the show room owner they said we will fight for you with the service center personal. We registered the complaint on 24th february 012. Till now we had not got any positive answer from them or any replacement. I had to run, call them weekly thrice. I am totally harassed by the service and behavior. And one more thing instead of the service center taken the refrigerator to them they said go and submit the refrigerator to the transport company after that we will give you the cheque. Lg is giving you cheque no other company will give you this much only. We got the cheque but had to add money to purchase a new one. With having the warranty period didn't got the service which we would got from them. Replacement means they had to give a refrigerator. Due to aprils budget and vat charges increased they played with us. If the budget would be low would they would give us the cheuqe I doubt. So please do the needful for me
