Tata photon +legal notice received

We had requested for termination of photon service. The request was sent to them initially on 011, but unfortunately it was not terminated and after two months I have received a call from customer care for payments. I have tried to call 011) tata indicom customer care and as per the discussion had with the executive, I understand that we have to register the complaint with the individual mobile no . As I have lost my mobile few weeks back, unable to do that, requested them to please deactivate my photon++ connection. But no action was taken. Later once again we started getting calls saying that our payment is due and we need to go their office and make the payment now after 14 months they have sent this legal notice. What a joke. Even after so much of mental harassment that we have already gone through I am having to write this causing further inconvenience to me. I am willing to pay the outstanding amount (if the cycle period not completed before my initial request for disconnection) if I am promised of no more unwarranted monthly rental bills. This is serious concern. Request to close this issue as soon as possible regards sunitha @gmail.Com

I got legal notice from tata photon for not payment what may be the consequence if I ignore the notice . Please plse plse replay
