I had loss my 58 rupees from my docomo main balance, I informed customer care, so the reply comes from thier side that I had clicked the link of android games@99 on internet thru my mobile, but this is not true at all. I had internet packed that is true and that they are knowing well hence they simply cheating with customers who had internet pack. 58 rupees already deducted and 41 rupees yet to cut from my balance. I had zero balance now thats y not yet deducted. They are not listening my complaint please help me in this matter what and how should I take action on docomo
