Tata docomo balance deduction for last few days

My no is 108. For the last few days my balance has been deducting. 1st my 23rs got cut stating some riya service has been activated even when I never clicked or answer any call. Now 2 or 3 rs are deducting every day or two. I contacted the customer but they are telling nothing but rechargeable content or something.
