Mismanagement at sports complex swimming pool

I joined jasola sports complex as a temporary member on 31st may 2012 for joining swimming pool. I wanted to take morning 6am-7am slot for swimming as I am a working person but the management denied the same citing full slots at morning shift. Then I agreed to take evening slot at 8pm to 9pm. Since then, I started swimming at allotted slot as a usual practice. This incident took place on 21st june 012. I reached the jasola sport complex swimming pool at 7:55 pm to join for swimming at my allotted slot. However, entry was refused to me stating that pool I already full. I insisted to get in as it was my allotted slot. They didn't allow me & instead accused me of coming late. I asked them to give in writing for refusal of entry to the pool. In response to that the management neither allowed me to enter the pool nor gave me any written reason for refusal of same. It may please be noted that I am an engineer working for a reputed company & cannot spare any other time for all this issues. Kindly help me in this regard.
