I have not accessed any offers on the internet. I received a message yesterday 20th june 2012 regarding deduction of rs.30 from my balance for some service called wgwtollfree. I immediately called customer helpline but I dint get any answer. So today I again called helpline so the representative says he has no idea about the service and its activated from internet so please find more information over the internet. I hav also suffered such losses of rs.100 once earlier. As I have not activated any such service why should I be charged for?? please also make sure I M not victimized again like dis. And please keep the customer care representatives updated about the services to serve people better.
