W card issued with false commitments

On dt19/06/2012 I got a call from no 7300 at 10.45am caller was deepika she informed me that as per your credit card use we are offering a discount card through which you will be getting 30% discount for all your transactions by credit card any where. & This card is for lifetime you do not have to pay any renewal fee this card can be used for even paying on line insurance premium also.I was charged rs 99/- Thru my credit card . I was informed I have to make payment after 45 days. If you do not get these benefit you can cancel the card & I will get my money refunded. I got a call from their senior manager mr avinash conforming I will be be getting these benifits. Today I received the card along with a list of outlets where this card can be used I could hardly find any outlet giving 30% discount.I want to cancel the card & money refunded.
