Fraud by bagittoday (book my holiday)

I purchased a holiday package from bagittoday for 7n/8d.At the time of purchasing I had word with mr,amar n mr,gaurav from their side.I was booked for book my holiday against order no. 5383 location/Property -pheonix park inn (goa) or country club (goa) or varka beach (goa) period of booking - /201 to 28/06/2012 (check out) number of members accommodated – 4 adults room category – 2 super delux room for 4 adult. I was promised that I will be getting the confirmation voucher 10 working days before the check in date.Accordingly,I was waiting for this.But now they are giving me booking in some hotel bella rosa@goa (insted I had given three other names of resorts from the resort list given by them at the time of purchasing) period of booking - from 10/07/2012 to 15/07/2012(check out) room category – 01 super deluxe (insted of 2 rooms) I spoke to shagun,ruchika n so many other girls in their customer care for many times to change my resorts n give me 2 rooms as I was promised, but even after numerous calls and mails I have still not got the booking in the resort I want and also the confirmation mail. I am a simple house wife n I feel they have cheated me n I lost all my saved money..please help me..

but this is first stage

dimple/Vishal the later stages can even horrible

beware

look what they have done I bought 4 packages with complimentry free gifts

no reply for non receipt of free gifts

stage2

gave only 2 days 2room stay to me for package 1016919103

agianst promised 4 day stay at manali

stage 3

exhausted the second package 1016969056 on their own while giving comfirmation voucher for stay

stage 4

on reaching manali my family found only 1 rooms booked

for entire family for just 2 days they isued bogus confirmation vouchers

luckily I just manage by paying from our pocket

and now look at the response of their customer care

they are not replying to complaint and unnecessary requesting to send remaining packages for processing

I experienced pain agony and harassment for 1016919103 & 1016969059

I pray that you should not go through same pain

they issued confirmation vouncher without checking that have not got the full reservation

I luckily manage by paying from my pocket

this is with reference to the above booking I have received mail from bagit today... that they cannot avail any rooms for the month of june & july...

I have mailed my request from 4th may 2012 but till date I havnt received any confirmation from your support team.

I have observed that your support team always give fake promises for the confirmation. As per the terms and conditions for domestic booking we have to request 30 days from the date of travelling. Sorry to tell you that its more than 2 months now we havent received any confirmation for the resort which we have requested resort are park inn hotel estrade goa varcha beach resort..

I have spoken to your customer care person called ajay singh. He assured that he will revert back in 24 hours.. but its more than 72 hrs now.. we havent received any mail from your customer care.

Now its necessary to take legal action against bagit india today. Its necessary to file fir for cheating and forging the customers.

from your reply its your template reply which you write to every one who do complaint. You and your customer support team cannot resolve the problem of the customer. You always give fake promises that your problem will be resolved in 24 hours.
