Mpeb low voltage problem

Respected sir, I mayur solanki and all consumer from sharda nagar, nehru ward, multai, dist-betul,madhya pradesh 661. We are facing low voltage problem from more than 1 year. We raised our voice for installation of new transformer but the mpeb people not taking action on it.Our equipments are affected due to low voltage and we face huge loss near about 200000rs. Department's person know every thing. Please do some action on it. Thanks and regards mayur solanki
