Hello, my name is jay k virani. I am using idea postpaid connection since 005. I wished to convert. 5513 from post paid to prepaid. I went to allsol enterprise, ankleshwat idea shop before 2 month and I got answer that we don't have prepaid cards now so was informed to come again after 10 days. I went after 10 days and I got same reason and I was given the same answer by nikita at allsol enterprise that they don't have cards. This thing continued for 2 months. I visited idea shop for almost 7 times in 2 months. At last I went to gandhinagar for some work and I went to ambika communication sector 16. I gave my ID and residential proofs and photographs and I paid dues of rs. 425 on 012. My postpaid connection was closed immediately and my incoming and outgoing calls service were stopped. I was informed that my prepaid connection will get activated within 8 hours. But till 17/6/2012 it was not activated. I called idea helpline 198 and 2345 from my other mobile and reply was that it's under process. I went to allsol enterprise on 18/6/2012 and mr. Sohail said that it will get done by 18th june evening. Unfortunately it didn't get activated. Again on 012, I went to idea shop allsol enterprise and answer was same it's under process. I even talked with mr. Narendra who is executive of idea at ankleshwat on 223. I talked with mr. Riju prabhakar - allsol enterpriseankleshwar but I got answer that we can't do anything as it's under process. For just converting my post paid to prepaid, I have spend hundreds of my man hour and lots of money on transport. I am mentally tired and tortured by the way idea is giving the service. I can't understand what the hell idea is doing. I have worse experience in my life with idea. It's not only me, but hundreds of people are facing such problems. I had come across all such problems of other customers during my those many visits at idea shop. Staff have no courtesy nor respect for customer. For those 8 days, I had made a big loss in my business as I am chemical trader and am without a mobile connection through which I used to deal with my parties and my parties used to communicate with me. My card is not activated even after 8 days. I am without a mobile. I will give my best to fight against idea in appropriate judicial system. I had faced a mental torture from idea company.
