Dear sir/ Madam. I am sajita , from bangalore. I got a call from mr. Vikram sharma, whose mobile number is 869, of bag it today on jan 2012 and he gave me the information regarding a holiday package of affordable holidays 4 nights and 5 days stay for rs.5998/- He assured me that hotel accommodation would be provided in the peak months also with regard to the prior information of about 21 days. They told they belong to india today group and was assuring me that no need to doubt as they belong to a prestigious group of india. The payment was done through my debit card and I received my holiday pack kit of bag and vouchers within 15 days. My order no is 5656 and booking ID is 606. Invoice no was trnpl/DLI/2011-2012/478055. After 3 months, I called them and told we would like to book for the holiday in may, and they told us to send the draft of rs.450 by courier. I took the draft and send it through professional couriers, and I send them a mail to confirm, but the parcel was returned after 10 days. I was depressed and called them again and they told me u can send again, we would receive it. Again I send it through the same courier co. And when I called them they told they got it. Actually after so many calls only they were available and their toll free no is not working and they cancel our calls if sometime it worked. So alternative number was the source of contact and they are unaware of many things, they asked to mail also. We send a mail asking the direct contact number of the general manager, since no reply from them for many days, I asked for the refund as they didn’t confirm us within the holidays any place of accommodation and now it is too long and after that no response also from their side. I can even provide the proofs of invoice, debit card statement, DD payment copy, courier copy, email copies etc. So I request you to consider my complaint as the most urgent and please help me to get my money, what I have given them of rs.5998. Please do the needful.
