I have these complaints regarding shiva motor service workshop located at vaishali against their level of service. - Delay in service ; I had given my car for repair under insurance claim on 10th. However today is 20th and I still have not received my car. - No information on processing of claim - they have billed me for replacing the parts, however no one called me after the survey was done by insurance company. I was not asked before processing the claim and billing me. I had tried calling the dealership personnel whose no. I had, but he never answered calls. (Mr. Shamim) - lack of service : I had made them note 3 other problems with the car and those were to be taken care of. Yet when I spoke to the floor manager yesterday, he was not even aware of those issues. I made him write again. He would now check for those issues, and that would again delay the delivery. I am utterly dissatisfied and raise a serious complaint against the service standards of chevrolet. Please look into the matter and compensate me as regards the billing. Also, I would now want them to deliver the car at my place without any charges, since they have lacked in servicing the client.
