Cheated by book my holidays (bag it today) India today group
We have paid rs. 4000 from my credit card, rs 7000 for 2 vouchers each and 750 through DD for a holiday package for 4 adults for 8days/7nights the customer service facility at 2100 is pathetic, it has been a torturous experience getting thought to them and many many times they have disconnected the call half way though further causing a additional expense.. they havent upgraded my form since a month now and they keep disconnecting the calls..needless to say they never call you back and I have mailed many times on thier email address but no reply

in my case they have not replied for the last 2 months for non receipt of gifts and issuing bogus confirmation voucher .
They are very thick skinned shameless.
Police has just concluded on the basis of my document that it is clear case of cheating and fraud they will charge sheet them.
I came to know that kunal and other people has slapped a court case against them.
I think if all of complainant collectively start reacting in this manner they will be wiped out.

I am a one of their victim and thousands of pending complaints can be seen in this blog.
You can go through the various complaints the following will be summary.
• They offer lucrative free gifts to sell their useless holiday packages.
• The will play with people sentiments by offering lucrative free gifts .
• One you are trap they will try to extract as much money as possible even by misusing your cards/Accounts.
• The use verification calls very smartly to cover them up.
• The free gifts will not be discussed in verification call.
• Once you accepted their verification call your problem starts.
• They will not deliver free gifts.
• They will try to linger on your holiday and will offer you substandard hotels.
• They keep on changing address to provide a time gap so that your validity expire.
• Their customer service is pathetic 120-6182100 gets disconnect on its own in between the conversation.
• Customer service 120-4112484 will give standard answer that we will resolve your complaint soon. Soon never comes.
• If you communicate with bmh@affordablesalespromtions.Com contact@bagittoday.Com bmh@1touchsolutions.Com you will realize every time there is different person to deal with you this is done deliberately to provide disconnectivity and fresh start of complaint.
• They are capable of issuing bogus confirmation holiday vouchers without ensuring adequate availability (done with me ). Will spoil your holiday.
At end you will get tired and forget your money.
What to do
never give you have very strong fundamental customer right which is all above their wrong policies.
If you have very solid proof to police station lodge a complaint preferably cyber crime.
Register at core.Nic.In(center govt consumer affair) and your local consumer court.
Form a group and slap a writ a petition/ Court case.
Expose them as you can tell to 10 people about their misdeeds write on facebook internet their competitors media etc
don’t spare them mark my word halla bol one day they have to pay for their wrong doing.

my name is anup neshti. And I am too a victim of bag it today. They scammed me for 42000rs.
Please mail me the list of email ids I can send my complaint and also D list of websites where I can send my complaint to file my case against these cheaters.
We need to organise keep follow up and fight for what we lost and create awareness among the people so that there are no new victims.
