Mts India not following the rules of mnp of trai and govt. of India
Dear sir/Madam I am trying to port out my mob. No. From mts network since 3 months but they do not allow while this is opposite of rules of trai and govt. Of india and they didnt give upc code, they allow the port out facility in monday to thursday 4 pm to 6 pm. In betwen this time also they DID not open line for 1900 while other mob. Company giving this facility 24 hr sir, I was submitted complaint 2 times in grahak seva co. No. 6890 and they only call me 2 times but DID not solved my problem . Every time they tell me there is fault in our system. When I ask them I was trying since 3 months then there is problem in your system since 3 months? they didnt answered and this is not possible reason. Sir, I am tired of this, and I am submiting this complaint 3rd time , this is time for strict action against mts. Sir I want justice from this complaint otherwise I will submit this complaint to site of trai. Thanking you.

Kishore you should not spare these fellows. Directly go to consumer court. They will keep delaying it and keep giving you responses like the joker who has responded above. If you go to court they will definitely have to pay you compensation. Do it before they solve your problem.
