Street lights not properly maintained by City municipal Bijapur

Dear sir this is the complaint against city muncipal council,bijapur karnatak. The complaint is as under. 1.Street lights are not properly maintained. 2.In my own case since long trying to get street light to be corrected.But it went in vain 3.I have given complaint about the same but nothing is done 4.After due enquiry they say that tube sets have gone and repair is not possible. 5.They shift the responsibility on one another. 6.Because of this attitide we people of locality are suffering 7.The detail of area where light is required.
