Cheating by india today / Bag it today

I want to bring to your notice cheating done by bag it today (part of india today group. I had purchased 2 holiday packages from bag it today on different dates. I requested for the holiday booking as per terms and conditions mentioned in rs 5998 package and booked flight tickets accordingly. (I booked my tickets on assurance given by the sales executives who booked my package). Even after repeated follow ups (atleast 50 calls to customer care no. & Sales executives) I was not unable to receive the package benefits. Till now I keep following up with the company in a hope to receive my money and damage. Every time it ends up with a false assurance. Below is the details of communication made to various customer care email addresses. I request grahak seva to intervene in the matter and help. I had also paid rs 450 as processing charges for the same. This request was in compliance with the terms and conditions for rs 98/- Package. I had booked rs 5998 package on an assurance from your sales team to provide booking for the specific location on the date specified above. I had planned to use this holiday package for my honeymoon and had booked flight tickets also for the same. But even after repeated follow ups till the last date (I.E. 20th april) with the sales team (mr pradeep, mr vivek and few more), customer support centers of bag it today and book my holiday, I was not provided with the holiday as promised. Due to this unprofessional attitude of the company I had to face lot of tension and my whole honeymoon planning also went haywire. I have purchased another package of your of rs 00/- Too. Also lot of my acquanitances have purchased rs 98/- & Rs 00/- Packages of yours on my recommendation. But now I am afraid that my self respect is at stake because of your company's ineffeciencies. Keeping in mind all this, I would request you to provide refund of my money for both of the packages alongwith appropriate compensation within a week. Regards, varun
