No proper supply of gas refills

I'M a user of hp gas. Consumer no-611259. From the day we got registered under raghavendra gas agencies, we are not getting the proper supply of refills. The agency says, 1 month gap for the booking itself and 23 days of delay for the supply after booking. We are facing problems and not able to manage without proper supply. Earlier we were having supply from ganesha gas agency of chamundipuram, we never had any problem what so ever in the direst of dire emergencies. Hence please advice the present supplier to hasten the supply of refills or permit us to change our registration to any other agency like ganesha gas agency. The last supply was made on 19-march-12 and the next booking was accepted on 23-may-12. But so far we have not received our supply, hence we request you to kindly intervene and get the supply at the earliest.
