I had ordered for htc- g1 3g android mobile along with an offer 1gb microsd card + free branded bluetooth worth rs. 200. For this I paid a total of rs.7198/-. I had placed the order on 7/6/12 on naaptol's website and my order no. Is 227. But on 12/6/12 I received a courier from naaptol via first flight awb no. La0414266 containing vox v3 mobile phone gsm dual sim worth rs.2999/- Printed on it's packing and a bluetooth headset along with connector. I had lodged a complaint with the naaptol and my complaint no is 503. I had a talk to some naaptol official named deepesh on phone number 148. I have been asked to courier them back the wrong stuff via blue dart courier service at the following address: khasra no.386 , gail no. 2, a block, mahipalpur extension , new delhi-110037.On their request I have sent the wrong product (delivered to me by naaptol) to naaptol at thegiven address: khasra no. 386, gail no-2, a-block, mahipalpur extension, new delhhi-110037, via blue dart courier service (courier reference no- 092) on /12. As per the bluedart courier service site the product has been delivered at the above address and has been received by some official of naaptol named vipin on 15/06/12 at 11:30a.M. Now, since the wrong product has been delivered back to naaptol I expect to get the correct product within the coming week. Also, the naaptol officials said that I wont be charged anything for couriering it back to them if couriered via bluedart. But I was charged rs.120 for the same. So I had a total loss amounting to rs.7318 in addition to the harassment caused due to the naaptol's negligence on part of their responsibility towards the customers. They have not been bothered to inform me about the receipt of the wrong product back. This shows total irresponsibility and consumer cheating on their part. I request that immediate action should be taken or I will have to move to consumer court if I am not provided with the actual & proper goods as had been ordered by me.
