This is so frustrating. In spite of not registering for any value added service airtel keeps deducting money from my mobile. I called customer care 3 times on 17 june 2010 to stop any of the value added services from airtel and they ensured me that then on no money will be deducted from my mobile but to my surprise it is continued. When I dial 121 to deactivate the service "airtel live aarti" I get the message there is no value added service active on my mobile. Does airtel have no ethics or is it business need to cheat people like this. I need back my money to my mobile account.
