Tata indicom number closed

Dear sir, I have taken one post paid connection from your store at ram lal chowk at panipat in march 012. As I have to go out of haryana in roaming. But after going to chennai. My no get closed as there were some problem in documents. We have provided all documents in time. But due to delay reason/Mistake from your executive. My no got closed for another 5 days. I have to bear loss as well as mental pressure also. In may first week .I have requested to your customer support centre to close my no. On your representative request I agreed for prepaid connection as I DID not want to use you no. But if it will get converted in prepaid. I DID not want to pay monthly rents. Your representative confirmed me that your outstanding payment is only rs 18 & we are converting your no to prepaid no. As I was in roaming. I have not used your no since last 45 days. Now my incoming is going on & out going is closed. I came to know from your team that phone is post paid only & now outstanding is rs 89/- This is not fair at all request u to pls look into this case on priority. I will not pay this amount as it was made due to mistake of your representative I am available at below mentioned no;. Request u to pls help me out for this case. Rgds rinku mittal 4805
