Electricity transformer from last one week getting tripped off

Dear sir. We hotel shilpa residency and our consumer no: 6100 would like to complain about the transformer getting tripped off continuously from last one week. We would request to please consider this issue as the first priority and resolve the same at the earliest. As we are into hospitality industry due to this we are facing lot of problems and we are losing the business. We had taken the written complaint dated 6.12 and we went to the mse office at veena nagar and near acc company, but they refuse to take our complaint.
