Paytm mobile phone recharge unsuccessful

I recharged my mobile phone having no. 8689 airtel, first I recharged 200 rupees successfully, after that I recharged 300 rupees to the same no. But there was an error message displayed, I again recharge 300 rupees, then my mobile recharged with 300 rupees. But my account deducted by 600 rupees, and I got only 300 in my mobile. Solve this and help me plz.

I recharged for rs.110 (bsnl network)on 27th june 2012.I got a confirmation message saying that recharge is successful. And rs.110 has been deducted from my account. But I didn't receive the money yet.

So IM asking you to refund me the same at the earliest
