Lost Aadhar card by post office

My mother adhar card was delivered to my neighbours(shaik's) house by the postman without my consent or knowledge.When I inquired for the same with my neighbour they said that the adhar card was not delivered to them but when I check post office record it show that it has been delivered to my neighbours house. When I tried to complaint about the same to the post master (nerul)they say that they are not responsible for this misplace. And when I inquired the same to the other post man he said that my neighbour has collected and they had lost the adhar card so now what shall I do kindly help regards sinu shivlal
