Vodafone is sure cheaters and liars

Dear sir, its very unpleasant to inform you that voadofone is sure cheater on 14 I DID a recharge of rs63 so my balance was rs75.91 den yesterday night I saw my balance was rs19 only I contacted customer care he said I cant give u details of your last deductions..its not in our system.. I deactivated my msg pack of rs66 coz I dont wanted it... as soon as it was deactivated I got sms sayng 75 mb net has been activated and rs16 was deducted but I never activated any such pack.. I already had 500 mb net pack which was about to expire today at 23:59:59 so I called customer care again and got to know dat previous money which was cut was for auto renew of msg pack66 without ny notice to me.. I didnt get any msg tellng auto renew has been done... this is sure cheatingg.. and wat about 75mb pack.??? I want my 66 16=82 rs refunded asap...
