ICICI bank bonds 2003 redemption

1.Email sent to ICICI executive handling the redemption of bonds on 29/05.2012.No reply till date but an call saying amount sent in 006. 2.Bond has clearly my account no.Of bank but I have proofs showing no such amount paid into it. 3.Visited their andheri office on 2012 wherein I was told to send all details copies with pan card copy,redemption form etc which was sent to their vashi office on 6th june 012. 4.The envelope was delivered on 2012 also. 5.Till date today 2012 there is no call nor any reply and when I call they say person not available. Now what can I do being an heart patient and to go to vashi office to search for them for my money.This is from foremost banking institution or evader? how to get my money back is an pain on my heart now.Please advise.
