Star CJ delivery of broken pieces & non delivery of stated items

I ordered item code no.116642, item name :sia mohita collection priced rs.2845.61.A packet was delivered to my residence by mnm trading solutions private ltd & collected a cheque for rs.2995.00 on 14/05/2012.Invoice no.201205140658, order no.20120513030897, docket no.154223039 when I opened the box I found three defective/Broken items.Three free gift items supposed to be given were missing. The matter was reported to star cj customer care number on phone. I was asked to repack everything and to hand over to courier representative.I was told that my cheque would be returned. None came to collect the packet or return the cheque yet. I have made several calls to no avail. I want my money back or supply all items in perfect condition
