HDFC Bank credit card recovery

Hi ! this is gunit here , actually in the month of 14june2012, a person from recovery agent( hdfc bank) came to our house for outstanding dues for credit card payment,he was not behaving with us properly...that bastard was saying anything..to the members of my family.. I request you to plz do something... I M really fed up with this... if u can help me...
