Hi, my name is jiljil prasad and I purchased mts data card postpaid in apr 2012 and data card no is 866. They offered me min 1 mbps but till today (17th june 12) I had never got more than 5 kbps. I had filed two complaints and there is no use. The consumer court should take against action agaist mts for cheating and they have to pay back the money which they looted from the customers. For those who are looking for to purchase a data card, please dont go for mts because they are the number one cheat in the market.

My plan was 3 months advance rental plan.And they have collected one cheque leaf of rs1299 from me.
I have been told that after 3 months they will confirm with me that if I am satisfied and if I am wish to continue they will cash the cheque.
And today even without asking me they have cash the cheque!!!!!
I have sent two mails last week from the email ID which is registered in mts database against my data card number that I am not planning to continue the plan and I asked them to disconnect immediately when 3 months completed.
Dont mts have shame while taking someone's hard earned money like this???
I suggest mts to credit back the withdrawn money from my account and don't force me to go for legal proceedings.
And here I am telling to people who are planning to take a data card don't go and fall down in the trap.
Please don't even think the name mts.
