Unknown deduction of money in Idea cellular

I am having a prepaid idea cellular service. First rs 30/- Has been deducted from my balance indicating that idea to idea free service is activated. Again after one week another rs 30/- Has been deducted indicating mitti ke rang mivas is activated, hence I feared to maintain the balance above rs.30/- But alas! again yesterday another rs.10/ Has been deducted indicating news alert is activated.When ever I am talking to customer service they are saying that I am activating all these services by sending messages to them and therefore they will not be able to help me in refunding my deducted amounts.And for this I am sparing some charges which is another loss to me. I swear that I have never requested for activation of any of these services, this forcible deduction of money by idea cellular is a gross negligence and cheating to customers. Kindly refund all my balances to keep up the interest of valued customers.
