Electricity board defective transformer

We are seeking electricity problems because of defective transformer since six months.And we had loose 4 transformers in last 3months.It is big problem our locality is facing today, our area needs 100kv transformer at the place of 63kv transformer but electricity board(sub division) is not able to provide such requirement. Our area locate near hotel shabnam, thawe road, gopalganj bihar pin: 428. Our locality facing water problem, some of our student who are appearing in b.Sc iiyr exam are not able to prepare for their examination, children are getting ILL because of hot days.
