MTS not allowing me to retrieve Upc code

Even after repeated complaints mts callcentre and even b.R.O. Visits I am not being allowed to retrieve upc code for my number can't figure out how can trai allow sucha an action written to trai on this subject awaiting reply still this shouldn't have had happened at all and that too witha customer who paid a hefty amount of 0000 for buying a number my numbers are 0000 contact number is 4444 and never a single call has been made sick of receiving replies through template messages
