Airtel mangement non-sense talking according to poor networking, connectivity, call drops, echo sound problem

I inform that I am your airtel postpaid customer. For last few year's your executive service is very poor into network problem. I am continue touch yours executive service according to network but zero. He also inform me that your complaint no. So and so we will call back to me/Our executive contact to you within 72 hrs. But no result. If you don't mind I ask you, your executive have no time for your customer. I again thanks for you such a workers we therefore, would request you to please try to resolve our above said problems with senior and take action as early as possible. They are not even answering the phone calls & just making people go round for not providing their services. So, sir/Madam, it is my kindly request you to concentrate on my complaint and remove such ant users person who thinks I am the boss anybody no touch me which he can play with it. I hope you will consider our this complaint as early as possible. Your early action in this regard, will be highly appreciated. Airtel always show I am the boss in the celluar service but you are zero because your executive bad behaiour no solution any query therefore no knowldge in mobile line.
