Airtel redefining its lifetime recharge to cheat customers

I have had a airtel prepaid lifetime account which from the past many years. Now suddenly my account has been suspended without prior notice in violation of airtels commitments to extort more money from me. At the time of converting to a lifetime account and even now according to airtels website http:/Www.Airtel.In/Wps/Wcm/Connect/Airtel.In/Airtel.In/Home/Whats+new/New_life_time_validity : "validity for lifetime is applicable as per license period of the circle and is subject to change in case any regulatory and licensing condition changes in the future. The validity of our existing licence is (12th dec 015) and extendable for further periods by govt. Of india." And "minimum usage criteria: minimum recharge of rs 200 is required in every 180 days for maintaining the life time validity." Now I have been recharging much more than rs 200 before every six months and also opted for the airtel freedom plan on recharge of rs 27 http:/Www.Airtel.In/Bestvalue-offers/Andhra_pradesh3.Html according to their site: "you can recharge with freedom plan like any other normal svv to avail tariff benefit of 1p/Sec for 1 year. This will not affect your main account validity of lifetime plan." In violation of this promise on completion of the six months my main lifetime account has been suspended and I am being forced to recharge with rs 27. I spoke to the customer care executives they redefined the lifetime plan saying that the "sim is valid for lifetime, not the account" and that it is the trai's order that all customers should be made to recharge with rs 27. Moreover even my lifetime sim will be suspended if I dont recharge within two weeks. Also the customer care executive said that I had not been given any notice because I had subscribed to dnd but this has not prevented them from regularly sending me promotional offers and notices. Airtel ap is redefining its plans in order to extort customers. I hope that the telecom authorities take note of this and grant relief to the customers.
