Tata docomo activated magic sms service without my intention and deduct my balance
Hello sir, the tata docomo services always subscribes the unwanted services like magic sms automatically and deducting the amount rs.30 form the balance.This is happened second time for me. More over the customer care people deactivate the service but they will not refund the amount. What a rules and regulations are framed by tata docomo. If we are thinking in my point of view this issue then it is just matter of rs.30. But if you are thinking of over all customers faced this issue then amount may cross crores of rupees. Kindly stop this type of activities.

They did same with me deducted rs25/- For 3gwgwtollfreecall. Now they have started charging for customer care call.
Very innovative way to earn money charge for subscription without customers knowledge if he call customer care charge him for dialing 121.

They deducted my 25 rs for magic sms....even I was not using it for 3 months...automatically it just deducted my balance when I recharged my sim card...docomo is the most worst service provider after airtel....

My magic sms pack is not deactivating......they are saying that youu don't have any such kind of service activated on your number......but every month rs 30 is being deducted for that service...... plsssss help...
