I have subscribed to the rs. 250 3g internet pack which is supposed to give me 1 gb of 3g data for one month. It was working fine in the past but now, since about one week, the download speed has dropped to a maximum of 10 kb/S which is very slow. My mobile number is 527. When I called the technical helpline, they told me to clear cache, phone ram, cookies, etc. And I have done all this in vain. I may be forced to change my network if this issue is not resolved at the earliest. I request the authorities to take action immediately. P.S.: The technical helpline was of no use. Also I do not expect a company like airtel to cheat its customers like this.
