I have subscribed to the rs. 250 3g internet pack which is supposed to give me 1 gb of 3g data for one month. It was working fine in the past but now, since about one week, the download speed has dropped to a maximum of 10 kb/S which is very slow. My mobile number is 527. When I called the technical helpline, they told me to clear cache, phone ram, cookies, etc. And I have done all this in vain. I may be forced to change my network if this issue is not resolved at the earliest. I request the authorities to take action immediately. P.S.: The technical helpline was of no use. Also I do not expect a company like airtel to cheat its customers like this.
No it hasn't. I'M still facing the slow 2g speed. Please resolve it at the earliest.

I have paid for 3g services 2gb for 449 rs and also getting 2g speed from the last 1 week I have been on the phone with the tech assist team they are unable to do any thing its frustrating airtel has reduced the prices for 3g at the same time they did not tell they will give you 2g speed my money is wasted and so is my weekend and all thanks to airtel

Customer care has given me some complain number no one has come back to me . They told it will get solved in two days. Now whenever I call CC they don't answer the phone.
