Baggage missed by Jet lite flight

I started my journey from delhi airport and boarded at jetlite flight no. 9w2018 in economy class on 14 june 2012 at 14:10 hours for indore and when I landed indore I found 1 of the two bags of mine were missing which had very rarely found medicines in it and other valuable items. As I had to continue my journey to burhanpur from indore, had no choice other than complaining and leaving for my place. As a token no. For complaint I received 9w562505 number and after continuously following up I was given another number as 9w10202 at indore which is ridiculous and realy painful as instead of helping me I am been left and because of those medicines my health is also suffering. Now even they have stopped pickng the calls. Kindly help. Regards
