Wrong transaction done by dining plus by misleading me

I got mail from dining plus in first week of june.They told me about offer they are giving and asked me about the credit card .The executive also told me that you will not require to pay a single charge for this. After that he transferred the line to his senior. He also repeat the same about it . I have insist many time to him, I will not accept your proposal if you take any charges .He assure me not to take charge .After that he asked me about my hsbc credit card number. Initially I think this executive are from hsbc . On behalf /Trust of hsbc I telling him my credit card number. And my money debited from my account next day of this talking one phone call coming from dining plus , I told him not take this offer . I am shocked that dining plus cheat me and charge me 9/-. I have discussed with hsbc bank for this. Hsbc people give the customer care number of dining plus 444. I have contact the dining plus on this number912228817444 . Dining people give me the one contact number to talk this complaints . He give me the mobile number of mr arun duggal (09833924461).I talk to mr. Arun duggal,he told me that he has own hotel ,they are not concerned with dining plus and he speak in dominating tone me. How this dining plus is cheating to people and not informing us before debiting the amount from our credit card. Please support me to open the cheating scam done by dining plus
