Book my holidays late booking confirmation and last minute change of hotel

I have booked a holiday package of re. 99/- On the month of november’11 from bookmyholiday though bagittoday.Com. I have to say followings : on march 26th, I have send the required amount of DD and the form dully filled in by mentioning nainital ( from25th may – 27th may )as the holiday destination. ( I sent from ghaziabad and it should reach within 2-3 days ) on 7th april, I have called the call center to confirm the booking. I got a response that the form and DD is not received. On 9th april, again called. I got a response that “ the form is received , but rejected”. This is because the form was not correctly filled in. After query I came to know that they have updated wrongly in the system ( put re 00/- Instead of re. 2999 ). I have filled in the form and resend on 9th april. On 10th april, I called again they informed me that no more booking possible in may. Due to no fault of mine, they have not allotted me the request holiday slot. I have to cancel the tickets again in touch for couple of days and finally they allotted a slot from 22nd -24 june at nainital. On 19th april, they confirmed me the hotel name by saying that the holiday vouchers will send prior to 12 working days. This means that the vouches should available to me by 7th june. I didnlt receive any thing till 8th june, I call and they told me that the voucher will available by 12th june. On 13th june they have informed me that the hotel is change in last minute. The new hotel is 60 km far from nainital after several calls and talking to different excecutives still the problem is not resolved. Now I am unable to connect the call center. I am hoping that they must have blocked my number. The behavior of the executives are of far below standards.

They are not bag it today. They are just beggars of today.

India today group have nothing to pay them. I think they are not getting salary on time. They just feed their kids by using our money.

I have a simple suggestion to india today group : if they are not able to feed their employee kids then they asked to us openly. We will feed them generously. Why india today group is suggesting their employees to cheat the customer. Now some of their customer care executives (cheaters) like ankush jain & simran will be in trouble soon as I am going to take strong legal action against them.
