Make my trip wrong commitment of discount voucher

I booked a trip with mmt .Mr dhiresh.Kumar(executive of mmt ) booked it for me.And according to deal I will get discount voucher of rs 0000 after the 1 month from the trip completion date.My trip completed on 24 april.But still I have not received any voucher . I have dropped many mail to that agent but he is not even care to reply. This is very bad behaviour from mmt team member.This was my first trip with mmt and even I was happy after the completion of trip.Trip and arrangement by mmt was very good.But this voucher problem make me feel sad about my decision .
