Victim of Dining plus

Dear sir, I would like the following , for you kind consideration 1 that my name is mr bernard cammillus, s/O late cammillus, r/O b-89 mayapuri colony ,kumar lane, ajabpur kalan dehradun 2 that dining plus people called on my mobile in my absence ( as I was taking shower) , talked with my wife. 3 they called on 24-sept-2011at 1.05 am on my mobile no +91 9412 985 397. 3 they told my wife that they have very good relation with ICICI bank, take my wife into full confidence that she is talking to some one very responsible person. 4 that dining plus people convinced my wife that dining plus is giving an offer to ICICI credit card holders. 5 that wont charge any thing extra for this offer. 6 on repeated question from my wife for any cost , they repeatedly said ,this is a free gift collected the my credit card details from my wife, stating that for verification 7.Soon after this conversation between dining plus and my wife , we had a call from ICICI bank dehradun stating that rs.5499/- Has been debited from our credit card account. 8. ICICI bank further asked to acknowledge this transaction. 9. We said this transaction is not in our knowledge 10 ICICI bank further asked us to block this card . 11 I said yes, and form that day till date my card is blocked 12 when I asked the ICICI bank of any collaboration of them with dining plus they said no. 13 after few day I got the gift voucher from dining plus of rs 14 I spoke to dining plus on 15 nov 2011 at telephone no 8506 delhi office and show my dissatisfaction the whole course transaction 15 they assured me and asked me to returned the gift vouchers 16 same day I returned the gift voucher through registered post of indian post office nearing no rl a 1975 dated -nov 011. 17 . Every month I have to pay a interest on the credited amount. 18 from 17 nov 2011 till date I haven't got any positive response from your side. Prayer and request. Sir I have not lost the money but also the mental peace and faith in dining plus. Sir this my first and last request you to please take my case and do the need full.
