Sbi card monthly statement not received and charged for servics which were not availed
I fail to understand the motive of sbi credit card charging me rs6300 for dining in mumbai. I nevr incurred such an expense and hence refus to make such payment. The bill is dated as on 5th of april 2012 and has rchd only on 012. Bills are not received in tim and delayed bill receivables is not a customers fault. On top of all this late f of rs 700 was also charged.
